To those of us who were able to make it to Gab & Edwardas Home for the
first Cookout for all club members and there family,friends it was really a
great time. Frank Andrews once again steps up to help the club out by
donating 50 fresh lobsters,Also Joao Raposa also donated pair of borders
and a pair of Yellows,Richard Vieira donated a Red Hen. Thank You to
all members that took the time to spend with us on this day. There were
also Cash Gifts given to Club from quit a few members. But the biggest
donation made was by Gab & Edwarda Estrella there home to all of us.
And for this all the members Say Thank You to All. All Money that was
raised went directly to the SEMCC Fund to help towards the cost of
bringing in Ian Wishart (UK) to judge at our Show
Total Raised =$775.00
The Next SEMCC Meeting will be on Sept 12 2010 @ Gab Estrellas Shop.

The SEMCC will be having a cookout on August 14 2010, location will be at Gabe and Eduarda Estrellas home @ 645 Hails Hill Road, Swansea MA. 02155
Anyone planning on attending please call Eduarda @ 508-971-2464 Please help by bringing something if you can to the cookout. Also we will need a count on how many people will be attending.
There will also be an auction at the cookout to raise money for the SEMCC. I will be asking for members to help out by donating canaries and related items to auction off.

Judges that returned their invitation to judge our 2010 show were presented and read to 13 members. They are as follows:
Borders: Serafino Brutto Canada/Ontario

Glosters: Patrick Varian MA
Colorbred & Mules: John Dallago NY.

AWARDS for the 2010 SEMCC show, were brought up and we agreed to gather information and get different ideas and review at March Meeting.

Summer Cook out. The members that attended the meeting talked about having a summer cook out. Gabe Estrela offered to hold this event at his home in Swansea MA. Also having all the members bringing food ,deserts, soda. It will be a burger and hot dog Grill. We will collect names and what you’ll be bringing at the March meeting.There’s no reason that the club members can’t come together and pitch in to limit the expense. Gab and Edy are doing enough to hosting the event.

Last but not least DUES and ADS, The club counts on the money we make on dues and ads to help pay for the show and other club related costs. ie….tropies,mailings,judges cost…etc.
So Please Pay your Dues and take out an ad.
